All our employees exert some degree of influence on everyday life and culture at HAAS-MEINCKE. The age range of our staff is wide, since the acquisition of knowledge is an extensive and ongoing process. That said, everyone from the newest recruit to the longest-serving professional contributes to a dynamic working environment.

We communicate in an informal, open and direct manner – not only during the working day but also outside of it.

We are around 150 employees and of these, the vast majority is in possession of an engineering degree or similar qualification within the areas of food and mechanics or the electrical/technical field.

Common to all engineers is an interest in advanced application engineering and the interaction between machinery and the food processing operation.
