Thermal processing

One subject that repeatedly comes up when working with customers concerns the thermal profiling of the baking oven. Our IT facility is equipped with the latest news in computerised hardware and software to record all types of data as well as oven and product temperatures. You can therefore log heat flux, humidity and air velocity. In fact, you also have the option of fully identifying a complete thermal process if this is required.

 

A fully equipped applications centre

Our Application Centre is equipped with the necessary computerised equipment so we can evaluate the energy and power requirements of a specific bakery installation. This unique facility allows us to work with you in a mutually beneficial partnership. This, we believe, guarantees the best possible results in terms of technology and the finished, baked product.
