Two different systems

HAAS-MEINCKE supplies two types of cooling tunnels. One takes air in from the outside and circulates it above and under the baking band. Another uses air which is refridgerated and recirculated by a cooling unit.

The modular concept

As it is also the case with our oven systems, we deliver the cooling units in two-metre modules of which both sides consist of hinged doors for full cleaning access.
