The pump system is designed so that the volume of dough through the individual nozzles is metered out very accurately without pulsation to ensure a constant size of the cookies. The pumps are driven by a mutual drive which allows the backwards and forwards movement to be set very accurately.
The machine can handle a wide range of dough types and is able to form many shapes of cookies. The combined machine can be used for both depositing and wire-cutting, and as a depositor it is prepared for mouthpieces with pivotal nozzles.
The depositor is operated from the control panel where fine tuning to compensate for temperature, dough mixing etc can be performed during operation. The speed of the main drive is adjustable from the control panel with digital readout, driven by an A/C motor. The machine is designed for adjustable pacing motion and up-down motion. Also, the distance between band and nozzles and the dough volume can be adjusted during operation.
Easy cleaning
The basic machine is all housed by stainless steel claddings to allow wash-down using running water. Excess water from washing down the depositing head is collected in drains along both sides of the machine. The mouthpiece and pumps will normally be removed from the machine and taken to a dedicated washing area.
