We have developed the HAAS-MEINCKE mini depositor especially for the depositing of liquid substances, marmalade, cream, icing, ketchup as well as fruit and candy substances. You can have the mini depositor as an accessory for another depositor type, typically used for injection or decoration, or as a stand-alone depositor.

Accuracy
With a unique dosing system consisting of pulsation-free dosing pumps for each nozzle, the depositing has an extremely accurate weight. The start and stop of each deposit is designed with a vacuum which prevents tailing of the products.

Temperature control

Some substances require a certain temperature during depositing and in such cases the hopper and the pump house can be supplied with a water jacket which, by means of heated/cooled water, maintains the correct temperature of the substance.
