In our product programme you can choose between four different ovens or combine anyone of them. We supply indirectly fired convection ovens, directly gas fired ovens, radiation ovens and a green convection oven. The hybrid ovens can be combined from two or more of the four oven types. The right oven solution depends on your products, and with the high flexibility the ovens will be produced to fit your needs.
Materials
The HAAS-MEINCKE ovens are internally manufactured of special corrosion resistant steel, and the cladding is either painted or in stainless steel. The baking room is as a standard made of corrosion resistant Cor-Ten steel.
Fast installation and start-up
All ovens are pre-assembled, tested and delivered in 2-metre modules. This makes it easy for you to make the oven fit into your existing production space, at the same time ensuring a fast installation and start-up. Incorporated cable channels also make the oven installation easy.
One heat exchanger in each zone
Each zone has a heat exchanger, ensuring an accurate control of temperature, air circulation, humidity and heat distribution. The working width ranges from 0.6 to 4.2 metres depending on the type of oven.
Gradual increase of capacity
It is easy for you to increase the oven line capacity at a later stage. You can do this simply by adding more sections to your existing oven. And if you wish to start producing new products, you can always test your ideas by using our fully equipped Applications Centre and our Food Technologists.
Hygienic design
In order to facilitate the cleaning process of the oven, each oven section is equipped with large cleaning doors to allow easy access to the inner parts of the oven. Ovens wider than 1.5 m are equipped with cleaning doors on both sides.
