Combined baking techniques – how it works
Due to the modular design of HAAS-MEINCKE ovens, two different oven types can easily be combined to a hybrid oven. The hybrid oven is often a combination of two types of ovens and can be combined of any of the HAAS-MEINCKE oven types. The two oven types are connected with a half metre section part. The oven types have separate heating units and the combustion air from the first oven part has a separate exhaust system placed before the beginning of the second oven type. The hybrid oven is operated from one main panel, controlling all heating zones.
