Heat recovery system – reuse the energy

A specially designed heat recovery unit has been attached to the exhaust air outtake. Instead of wasting heat by letting out humid air directly from the oven chamber, this system ensures that every last bit of energy is being used. The exhaust air passes through a series of pipes helping to heat up the fresh air intake, thereby increasing the overall temperature of the air intake and lowering the necessary output from the burners.
