Hygienic design and easy maintenance
All materials with direct contact with the foodstuffs are manufactured of food grade materials.
The bottom construction of the machine is completely open to avoid hidden corners.
In addition, all drives are placed out-side the main structure on the sides of the machine, separated from the product zone to provide full and easy access for maintenance.

Change of web
The web can be changed with a minimum of delay. This is possible due to the support roller construction, which allows the dismantling of the web with a minimal use of tools. Further, the open construction of the side plates and the relatively few parts on the confined side of the web contribute to a quick web change.

Die rollers
State-of-the-art CAM systems working with CNC machinery enable us to offer accuracy repeatability in the manufacture of moulding rollers, while a combination of CAD and 3D software packages allows us to offer customers a design and development service recognised as the target to meet within the industry.

The rotary moulder can be supplied with two types of conveyors:

One with a wire mesh belt and a short web where the take-off roller is placed in the gap between web and wire mesh. This solution is applied where a washing or sprinkling unit is needed.

Alternatively the web is going all the way through the rotary moulder.
