Franz Haas acquires an 85% stake in DFE Meincke Holding Haas intends to develop even more opportunities for customers in a growing market.

DFE Meincke had a very successful exhibition with a 240 m2 stand. We had the pleasure of meeting a lot of our well-known customers and also a lot of interesting new potential customers.

Concurrently with the price increase of energy and the focussing of the world on the reduction of CO2 emissions, DFE Meincke has recorded a vastly increased interest among their customers in recovery of surplus heat from the ovens. Therefore the company, assisted by the Technical University of Denmark, investigated how existing as well as new ovens could be optimized to reduce energy consumption. SAVINGS OF UP TO 15%

From March 24th - 28th DFE Meincke was present at the IPACK-IMA exhibition 2009. The exhibition was a success for our company and it was definitely good that we were present.

This year DFE Meincke was present at Gulfood 2009 in Dubai with a 12m2 stand. It was the first time for our company to be present at the exhibition and we were excited to participate.

This year DFE Meincke will present at WorldFood 2009 in Uzbekistan.

At IPACK-IMA 2009 DFE Meincke is present with a 86 m2 stand. We welcome all customers, partners and guests to visit our stand.

This year DFE Meincke are presented at Gulfood 2009 in Dubai. It is the first time for our company to be present at the trade fair and we invite all customers and partners to visit our stand.

In November 2008, Frank Müntzberg, Managing Director, and Lars Weinreich, Sales Manager, represented DFE Meincke when we participated in a conference in Thailand.

From November 2nd to 6th DFE Meincke participated in this year’s Pack Expo in Chicago, USA. DFE Meincke shared stand with our American agent, Naegele Inc. and two other companies in the industry.

The Sales Manager of South America, Mr. Sune Knudsen had the pleasure of representing DFE Meincke at our stand at the international Trade Fair FIHAV in Havana, Cuba.

In August 2008, Administrating Director Frank Müntzberg received a letter from the Danish business magazine "Dagbladet Børsen". In the letter it said that DFE Meincke had been nominated as Gazelle company, as nomination which put our company amoung the top Danish companies, in terms of growth.

DFE Meincke launches the new Turbu Three Green oven to the bakery market as a response to increasing energy prices. This has been done without compromising with the effectivity of the baking process. The oven was presented for the first time at this year's Interpack in Düsseldorf and the interest in the oven has been great.

DFE Meincke has acquired the business of the Dutch company Vuurslag which produced high-quality machines and ovens for the biscuit industry.

Along with our representative agency Tecnofoods, DFE Meincke is participating at the Intersicop fair in Madrid. The fair is normally visited by 24,000 people, and especially many visitors from the Spanish speaking continent are expected to enter the fairgrounds.

As DFE Meincke A/S has experienced a very busy first quarter the company has expanded its production facilities in Rødkærsbro, Jutland, Denmark.

Effective from January 2006 the business name of our company has been changed from Meincke A/S into DFE Meincke A/S.
